A new Xbox Developer Direct has been announced for later this month Will release new details about four upcoming games.

Xbox has announced a new Developer Direct presentation to be held in just under two weeks. The broadcast is scheduled on January 23rd, the company announces on their website.

This time, the focus will be on four upcoming games - Doom: The Dark Ages, South of Midnight, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and a fourth currently secret title.

They promise interviews with developers and a behind-the-scenes look at what's being created. You can watch live via YouTube or Twitch.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 received much attention during its unveiling in summer. The turn-based role-playing game takes players to a world inspired by French art history, where they must stop a cycle of death and resurrection.

South of Midnight first appeared in 2023 and is the next game from the studio behind We Happy Few. The adventure, inspired by culture from the American South, is also set to release sometime this year - on PC and Xbox Series X/S.

Doom: The Dark Ages is planned for release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S sometime this year. The game sends the Doom Slayer and the eternal battle against hell's demons back to the medieval era, where you'll deal with swords, shields, dragons, and giant robots.
